Hillary Sabbagh

Assistant Director of Program Development, Global Experience Office at Northeastern University

Hillary has been working at Northeastern University for just over two years.  In her role on the program development team, she works with faculty to develop faculty-led study abroad programs and helps to establish potential new sites and partners abroad.  Her favorite thing about Northeastern is the robust variety of study abroad program offerings for students- there is something for everyone.  Prior to Northeastern, Hillary worked at Suffolk University where she managed faculty-led programs and advised for both study abroad and international students and scholars.  Like most study abroad professionals, Hillary started a career in international higher education after her own transformational study abroad experiences in the Dominican Republic, Spain, and Mexico.  Hillary holds a BA in Spanish from Keene State College and a Master’s in Educational Studies from Rivier University.  In her free time, Hillary likes to root for any and all Boston sports teams, try out Boston’s best restaurants, and adventure to new places.

Ashley Trebisacci

Ashley (she, they) is a Study Abroad Advisor at Brandeis University in Waltham, where she has been advising students on off-campus study options, serving as the point person for study abroad scholarships, and overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for over three years. In the past nine years, Ashley has also held positions at Wheaton College, Middlesex Community College, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and MIT, working across the areas of diversity and inclusion, study abroad, and international student services. Ashley holds a B.A. in English and Gender & Sexuality Studies from Stonehill College and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Merrimack College.
